We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Odoo software.

Responsibilities
  • Record financial transactions accurately in Odoo
  • Reconcile bank statements and other accounts regularly
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare and chase clients and vendors regarding invoices and payments
  • Assist in GST filing and maintain related records
  • Calculate and handle TDS payments and file TDS returns on time
  • Maintain records and VAT for multiple companies and in different currencies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in Odoo software (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and regulations
  • Experience handling accounts in multiple currencies
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
