Role Overview

We are looking for a Food Science & Kitchen Management Intern who can help us design, standardize, and optimize our food offerings. This role combines nutrition knowledge + kitchen process design with hands-on problem solving.

What You'll Do

Recipe & Nutrition Support

Assist in refining recipes for meals, juices, and snacks.

Document nutritional breakdowns (protein, calories, macros).

Kitchen Process Development

Support in drafting SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for cooking, portioning, hygiene.

Explore ways to improve cost efficiency & shelf life.

Product Testing & Feedback

Organize small trials, collect structured feedback from users.

Suggest tweaks in taste, portion size, and packaging.

Research & Innovation

Research gut-friendly, plant-based, high-protein ingredients.

Explore snack formats with 6+ months shelf life.

Who You Are

Background in Food Science, Nutrition, Dietetics, or Culinary Management (students or recent grads welcome).

Passionate about fitness, nutrition, and innovation in food.

Strong with documentation, research, and detail orientation.

Comfortable working in a startup environment (fast-paced, problem-solving).
