About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Software Engineer with expertise in C, C , and Assembly, specifically for low-level software design and development on Deos RTOS and multicore processors.

This role is crucial in delivering high-assurance, real-time embedded software solutions for aerospace, avionics, and mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real-time operating systems, multicore architecture, and safety-critical software development following DO-178C and similar compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and debug embedded software using (C, C , and Assembly) with Deos RTOS.Optimize and tune performance for multicore architectures (ARM Cortex, PowerPC, or similar).

Implement low-level drivers, bootloaders, BSPs, and other system-level modules. Work closely with hardware engineers to integrate and bring up new boards. Analyze and resolve complex system-level issues such as memory management, race conditions, and timing issues.

Contribute to architecture and design documentation for safety-critical systems. Support verification and validation efforts in compliance with DO-178C or equivalent. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems, QA, and hardware to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:5–10 years of hands-on experience in embedded software development. Strong proficiency in C, C , and Assembly programming for embedded systems. Expertise in Deos RTOS (preferred) or equivalent RTOS like VxWorks, INTEGRITY, QNX, etc.

Solid understanding of multicore processing, including scheduling, task synchronization, and inter-core communication. Experience with bare-metal programming, interrupt handling, and memory management. Familiarity with tools such as Green Hills MULTI, Lauterbach/TRACE32, or other JTAG-based debuggers.

Strong understanding of DO-178C, MISRA C/C , and safety-critical coding standards. Experience with static code analysis and code quality tools (e.g., Polyspace, LDRA). Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
