We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile App Developer with deep expertise in Flutter or React Native to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application architecture, cross-platform development, and performance optimization. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build high-quality mobile applications used by thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and/or React Native.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
  • Implement state management solutions such as Redux or similar libraries.
  • Work closely with QA to identify, debug, and resolve complex issues.
  • Leverage native mobile platform APIs and integrate native components when necessary.
  • Maintain code quality through version control (Git) and best development practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to mobile security best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter or React Native.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript (including ES6+) and mobile development concepts.
  • Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.
  • Strong proficiency in mobile UI frameworks and component development.
  • Solid knowledge of mobile platform APIs and native module integrations.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration patterns.
  • Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
  • Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) native development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of mobile security best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
