Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced 
Performance Marketing Specialist
 with proven expertise in 
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and App Campaigns (UAC)
 to join our growth marketing team at 
GoPaisa
. The ideal candidate will lead 
all paid and organic acquisition efforts
 to drive 
high-quality app installs, lead generation, and transactions
, with strong focus on 
ROI, ROAS, and unit economics
.

This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in 
creative & A/B testing, CRO, and funnel optimization
, and hands-on experience managing 
large-scale budgets across multiple paid channels
.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end 
    performance marketing strategy
     across Meta Ads, Google Ads, UAC, and other paid platforms.
  • Drive 
    user acquisition, lead generation, app installs, and transactions
     with a focus on cost efficiency and ROAS.
  • Conduct 
    campaign setup, optimization, and scaling
     for multiple performance goals (installs, in-app events, conversions).
  • Run 
    A/B tests
     for creatives, ad copies, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Implement 
    CRO strategies
     to maximize conversion rates across funnels.
  • Analyze campaign data, measure impact, and optimize for 
    ROI and unit economics
    .
  • Collaborate with design & content teams for ad creatives and landing page improvements.
  • Monitor budgets, bids, Quality Score, impression share, and maintain healthy CPIs, CPLs, and CAC.
  • Stay updated with latest trends in 
    Meta, Google Ads, and app marketing ecosystems
    .
  • Present 
    weekly/monthly reports
     with insights, performance trends, and growth opportunities.

Requirements & Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years of experience
     in performance marketing/digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in 
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google UAC
     (must-have).
  • Strong experience in 
    app marketing, lead generation, and growth campaigns
    .
  • Skilled in 
    creative testing, A/B testing, and CRO
    .
  • Deep understanding of 
    ROI, ROAS, and campaign unit economics
    .
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using 
    Google Analytics, App tracking tools (Adjust/Appsflyer), Excel, and PowerPoint
    .
  • Excellent ad copywriting & creative briefing skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage 
    large-scale ad budgets
     with performance accountability.
