Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neurosurgeon (MCh) to join our advanced healthcare team in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will provide expert surgical and clinical care in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological conditions, brain and spine disorders, and trauma cases.

Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced neurosurgical procedures including brain, spine, and peripheral nerve surgeries.

Diagnose and manage patients with neurological conditions such as trauma, tumors, stroke, epilepsy, hydrocephalus, and degenerative spine disorders.

Provide pre-operative and post-operative care with a multidisciplinary team.

Participate in emergency and elective surgeries as required.

Ensure adherence to medical protocols, safety standards, and best practices.

Mentor junior doctors and contribute to academic/clinical discussions.

Collaborate with neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, intensivists, and other specialists for holistic patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements
MCh in Neurosurgery (mandatory).

Valid medical license/registration with the Medical Council of India.

Proven experience in neurosurgical practice (minimum 0–5 years; senior candidates also encouraged).

Strong clinical, surgical, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and patient management abilities.
