  • Key Responsibilities of a Juice Master:Prepare fresh fruit juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to recipes and customer orders.
  • Greet and engage customers, recommend product options, and take orders courteously.
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as blenders, juicers, food processors, and knives.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the juice preparation area following health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory of fruits, ingredients, and supplies, restocking as needed.
  • Handle minor equipment troubleshooting and report issues promptly.
  • May operate cash registers, handle payments, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Collaborate with restaurant/kitchen staff to manage workflow efficiently.
  • Maintain personal grooming standards and dress hygienically.
  • Sometimes assist in other kitchen duties or customer service tasks.
  • Skills and Attributes:Experience in beverage preparation and customer service preferred.
  • Basic knife skills and food hygiene knowledge.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
