Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Professor at Saraswati Medical College. The position is located in Lucknow. The Associate Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering lectures, preparing course materials, assessing student progress, guiding research projects, and mentoring students. Additional responsibilities include participating in faculty meetings, contributing to the academic community, and staying current with advancements in their field of expertise.
Qualifications
- MS degree in ENT with substantial teaching and research experience
- Four year experience in teaching and curriculum development as Assistant professor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and supervise research
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
