Scrum Master / Project Manager

Location: Bangalore, Bannerghatta Road

Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO).
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Bangalore office (Bannerghatta Road). Remote or hybrid options are not available.

Experience Required:
4–6 years

Salary Range:
₹15–20 LPA (includes 10% performance pay) Final offer depends on current CTC and experience.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic professional to lead Agile teams as a
Scrum Master
, while also managing broader project execution as a
Project Manager
. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, champions Agile values, and can drive strategic delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Scrum Master(70%)

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs
  • Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics using tools like Asana
  • Identify and remove impediments to team performance
  • Promote Agile best practices and support organizational Agile maturity

Project Manager (30%)

  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
    across multiple workstreams
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery of milestones

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience
    in Agile environments
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience with
    Asana
    or similar Agile tracking tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification
  • Experience in scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
  • Background in software development or technical delivery
