Visa Consultant

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Visa Documentation & Operations Executive to join our team. The candidate will handle visa application processing, client and Travel agent coordination, documentation, and follow-ups with embassies, VFS, and consulates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle tourist & business visa applications for multiple countries (USA, Singapore, Canada, UK, Schengen, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Korea, etc.)
- Verify client documents and complete checklists accurately.
- Fill visa forms (online & offline) and prepare appointments.
- Coordinate with VFS centers, consulates, and clients for queries and updates.
- Manage application tracking, submissions, and collections.
- Maintain records, data entry, and daily reporting.
- Assist customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Basic operational & administrative work in the office.
Requirements
- Experience in Visa Processing / Travel Agency / Documentation work preferred.
- Knowledge of VFS processes and visa portals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple files.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi / Marathi.
- Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, PDF editing, scanning, etc.)
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Incentives based on performance.
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible based on workload)
