We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Content & Copywriter to join our company. You will be responsible for crafting engaging, informative, and compelling marketing content that captivates audiences and drives action, ensuring consistency with brand voice and objectives.

Your Role:

As our content & Copywriter Position, your extensive experience will go beyond fulfilling a role; it will actively shape our future collectively. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

Develop Captivating Content : Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels including marketing collateral, email campaigns, social media, website, blogs, and formal communications. The content should be tailored to resonate with the target audience and drive desired actions.

Maintain Brand Consistency : Ensure that all written materials maintain a consistent brand voice and tone. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and incorporate them into all content creation efforts.

Content Strategy Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content strategies that align with overall marketing objectives. Provide input on content ideas and help refine strategies based on audience insights and market trends.

Research and Insights : Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Conduct research to gather insights that can be incorporated into content creation, making it more relevant and impactful.

SEO Optimization : Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive website traffic. This includes identifying relevant keywords, incorporating them strategically into content, and following best practices for on-page optimization.

Proofreading and Editing : Review all content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and coherence. Edit content as needed to ensure it meets quality standards and effectively communicates the intended message.

Compliance and Guidelines : Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines, industry regulations, and legal requirements. This includes avoiding plagiarism, respecting copyright laws, and maintaining transparency in all communications.

Requirements :

Proven Experience : Demonstrated experience of 1+year in content creation across various platforms, such as digital marketing, social media, and website content. A portfolio showcasing past work and achievements is desirable.

Exceptional Writing Skills : Strong writing and editing abilities with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content that drives engagement and action.

Social Media Familiarity : Familiarity with popular social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and understanding of their respective content styles and audience preferences.

SEO Knowledge : Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structure. Ability to incorporate SEO best practices into content creation to improve search engine rankings.

Creative Thinking : Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts. Comfortable thinking outside the box and exploring new approaches to content creation and storytelling.

Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Communication and Collaboration : Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Open to giving and receiving feedback, and willing to iterate on content based on insights and feedback received.

Preferred :

• Must have 1+ year of Experience in developing content and creative strategies to effectively communicate brand messaging and engage target audiences.

• Previous experience in managing social media accounts, creating social media content calendars, and engaging with online communities.

• Prior experience in writing SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, or other digital platforms, with a demonstrated understanding of SEO best practices and techniques.
