Role Overview
We are hiring Telecallers with loan sales experience to handle client interactions, generate leads, and
convert them into successful loan applications. The role demands strong communication skills, sales
acumen, and prior exposure to loan products.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers for various loan products (PL, BL, HL, LAP,
Mortgage).
Generate leads, explain loan offerings, and convince clients for applications.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions.
Maintain and update client databases and call records.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team and operations team for smooth processing of loan files.
Requirements
Male/Female candidates, Age up to 35 years preferred.
6 months to 3 years of proven experience in Loan Sales / Telecalling (Banking or NBFC
preferred).
Strong knowledge of multiple loan products (PL, BL, HL, LAP, Mortgage).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
