Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabric Manager located in Noida. The Fabric Manager will be responsible for managing daily fabric quality control, overseeing procurement processes, and leading fabric-related negotiations. The role also includes management of a team, ensuring that the team meets production targets, and maintaining high standards of fabric quality. The manager will collaborate with other departments to streamline fabric operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Quality Control for fabrics and textiles
  • Experience in Procurement and vendor Negotiation
  • Team Management and leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge of Textiles industry standards and practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve
  • Experience in garment manufacturing or apparel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related field
