About the Role

Innomax IT is looking for a Senior Developer who can lead the end-to-end design and development of web and mobile applications, build scalable architectures, and contribute to next-gen platforms across HealthTech, FinTech, TravelTech, and GCC solutions.

This role blends hands-on coding, architectural thinking, and product execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Full-Stack / App Development


• Develop and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks.


• Build high-quality Android/iOS apps (Native or Flutter/React Native).


• Architect robust, scalable, secure solutions for enterprise and startup clients globally.


• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and microservices.

  1. System Architecture & Design


• Translate business and product requirements into technical designs.


• Optimize applications for speed, performance, security, and reliability.


• Own end-to-end SDLC—development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

  1. Collaboration & Leadership


• Work closely with product owners, UI/UX, and cross-functional teams.


• Mentor junior developers and ensure high code standards.


• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical decision-making.

  1. Cloud, DevOps & Integrations


• Deploy apps on AWS/Azure/GCP and manage CI/CD pipelines.


• Handle database design (SQL/NoSQL), caching, and API gateways.

Required Skills & Experience


• 5–8+ years software development experience.


• Strong proficiency in:


• Front-end: React, Angular, Vue, or similar


• Back-end: / Python / Java / .NET


• Mobile: Flutter / React Native / Native Android or iOS


• Expertise in REST APIs, JSON, microservices, authentication flows.


• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps tools.


• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to deliver high-quality builds under tight timelines.

• Experience in GCC/enterprise workflows.


• Exposure to HealthTech, FinTech, TravelTech domains.


• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations, analytics, or automation workflows.


• Knowledge of secure coding, OWASP top 10, and compliance-friendly development.
