Sr. Civil QA/QC Engineer

Job Title: Civil QA/QC Engineer-

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulations in civil construction projects.

  2. Inspections and Testing: Conduct regular site inspections, material testing, and monitoring to ensure adherence to quality protocols.

  3. Defect Identification and Correction: Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.

  4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of quality control activities.

  5. Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  2. Experience: Proven experience in QA/QC roles in civil construction projects minimum of 4-5 Years.

  3. Certifications: Relevant certifications in quality control, inspection, or testing (e.g., ACI, ASNT).

  4. Technical Skills: Knowledge of quality control standards, testing methods, and materials.

  5. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Objectives:

  1. Ensure Quality: Ensure construction projects meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

  2. Defect Reduction: Minimize defects, deviations, and non-conformities through proactive quality control measures.

  3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Performance Metrics:

  1. Quality metrics: Track and report quality metrics, such as defect rates and compliance.

  2. Timeliness: Ensure timely completion of quality control activities and reporting.

  3. Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
