  • Prepare monthly Manufacturing, Development, Repair Plans.
  • To provide Capacity Plan of the plant and analyse the bottlenecks with optimum utilization of Manpower & Machine.
  • Determine manpower requirements and raw materials required to cover the production in the desired time.
  • Plan production control activites to improve runtime while maintaining quality, timely delivery and cost effectiveness.
  • Work with materials (store) department in material planning and analyse to reduce inventory level.
  • Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.
  • Track material shortages and provide immediate resolution.
  • Coordination with marketing and production teams for proper delivery of the items.
  • Coordinating production operations and purchase in accordance with material, labour and equipment availability.
  • Address issues whenever they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
  • Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems.
  • Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.
  • Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to meet production schedule.
  • Provide forecasts of production and intimating to purchase for material procurement as per the pending orders.
  • Raise Indents of Manufacturing & Development orders.
  • To look after SubCon vendors for smooth flow of materials.
  • Manage deadlines based on project expectations.
  • Coordinating production workflow for multiple products.
  • Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
  • Handling and planning of new projects and their management.
  • Regular tracking of materials from SubContractor.
  • Prepare/maintain data related to materials reception, production plans etc.
  • Analyze back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize plan and schedule the production operations.
  • Communictae the material and production progress to higher authority/management.
  • Prepare costing of products.
