Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and responsible Counter Sales Executive to manage our flagship store in Connaught Place. The ideal candidate will have a background in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Forestry and will be responsible for handling store operations, assisting customers, managing billing and inventory, and ensuring the store maintains a premium look and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Maintain a welcoming and well-organized store environment.
• Manage daily sales, billing, and cash transactions.
• Keep accurate records of sales and inventory.
• Regularly check stock levels and coordinate with the backend team for replenishment.
• Ensure product displays, terrariums, and gifts are well-maintained and visually appealing.
• Handle customer queries and provide information about plant care and maintenance.
• Support store-level marketing or promotional activities as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order within the store.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, or related field (mandatory).
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in retail, nursery, or plant/gifting industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of plants, terrariums, and plant care.
• Comfortable with billing software and point-of-sale systems.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage store operations independently.

Work Schedule:

• Location: Wild Roots Gifting Store, Connaught Place, New Delhi
• Timing: Full-time (Store Hours)
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualification
