At BMWTechWorks India within the Cluster Digital Product Engineering, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards in vehicle development. You will be responsible for the execution, organization, coordination, and moderation of supplier reviews, including all related project management and General Management activities. Your key task will be to perform detailed quality data analyses using the GWK core system and live data evaluations to identify supplier-specific irregularities and anomalies. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to initiate and manage quality improvement processes, contributing directly to the reliability and excellence of BMW's components such as ECUs and various vehicle functions. What should you bring along

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Solid understanding of quality systems and BMW-specific tooling (QDM, PQM, Octaine, FASTA)
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities for managing supplier reviews and related project activities
  • Proficiency in German or English to effectively communicate across teams and suppliers
  • A Master's degree, demonstrating your commitment to quality and technical excellence

Must have technical skill

  • Expertise in conducting granular quality data analysis and live data evaluation
  • Experience with quality issue identification and initiation of PQM reports
  • Ability to create component- and function-specific error patterns for clear identification of quality points
  • Familiarity with documentation standards and tools for quality management (e.g., QDM)

Good to have Technical skills

  • Prior experience in automotive quality analysis or supplier management
  • Knowledge of specific ECUs and components such as trailer hitch tow, door handles, convertible rooftop, seat heating ECUs, hands-off detection, steering wheel heating, interior heating, theft module steering wheel, GBE, seat massage, and seat cooling
