The Associate Product Manager, working closely with the optimisation lead and senior pms, is tasked with identifying gaps and opportunities in our offering. They will work closely with MiQ's technology and product teams to execute a development roadmap against our core product vision, focusing on scaling features across our global markets.

As an Associate Product Manager in our Product department, you'll have the chance to:

  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, data scientists and UX/UI designers
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, launch and continued adoption of features you build
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders to research, validate and prioritize new features that align with business priorities. Gaining a deep understanding of trader needs in all markets, as well as global MiQ team heads to ensure global validity of roadmap additions
  • Plan, prioritise & manage product development features to accelerate The Trading Agent's capabilities
  • Identify and work closely with key internal & external stakeholder to ensure that MIQ product roadmap is additive
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements
  • Understand, collect and analyse metrics that inform the success of the product

Feature focuses:

  • Scaling trading agent adoption across all our global markets
  • Iterating and improving the trading agent product, consistently delivering incremental value with dependent teams
  • Driving continuous experimentation and improvement of the trading agent capabilities
  • Owning and managing the trading agent backlog, including leading grooming along with the engineering lead, ds manager and scrum master

What impact will you create?

In MiQ as an Associate Product Manager you will focus on delivery in our Trading Agent team. Sitting within our Optimization capability, this team leverages industry leading technology to simplify the complicated data access, recommendation and activation requirements of the Programmatic Media Trading role.

Who are your stakeholders?

You'll work closely with a wide range of inter-disciplinary stakeholders including other product managers, engineers, data scientists and UX/UI designers will be your major stakeholders to deliver your product backlog. In addition to this you will collaborate closely with.

What you'll bring

  • High attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload against multiple competing priorities to completion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a can-do attitude to provide energy, drive, and enthusiasm
  • Willingness to try new technologies and ability to grasp and learn quickly, along with a fail fast and learn mentality in experimenting with new concepts and industry opportunities.
  • Comfort with numbers and a quantitative approach to solve problems
  • Prior experience in an analytical or technology-oriented role (software development experience is preferable but not mandatory)
  • Prior experience of client interaction, managing conflicting requirements/priorities across stakeholders
  • Exposure to product management and adtech is preferable but not mandatory
  • In depth knowledge of the programmatic landscape, the data and technology that underpins it is preferred but not mandatory
  • Alignment with MiQ's core values
