What You'll Do
  • Independently deep-dive into raw datasets, surfacing insights that drive measurable business growth
  • Partner closely with leadership to unlock step-change improvements in key business metrics
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for decision-making
  • This role is unstructured by design : you won't be confined to predefined projects. Instead, you'll be expected to develop a deep understanding of the business, identify high-impact areas, and independently initiate data deep-dives.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
  • SQL mastery: you can navigate raw data without assistance, and your queries are clean, fast, and accurate
  • Strong business acumen with instincts for identifying what really moves the needle
  • Curiosity and grit - the drive to keep digging until the real insight emerges
  • A proactive mindset: you don't wait to be asked; you take on new challenges naturally
