We're Hiring: HVAC Project Supervisor

Location: Mumbai Suburban district

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level ( 2 to 5 Years )

Are you an experienced HVAC professional with leadership skills and a passion for managing complex projects? We're looking for a dedicated HVAC Project Supervisor to join our team and lead our HVAC installations, renovations, and maintenance projects from start to finish.

Education: Diploma in Mech. Engineering, HVAC Certification course, or any other degree with relevant experience in HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise HVAC installations, retrofits, and service projects on commercial and residential sites
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure timely completion
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials
  • Ensure safety compliance and quality control on all job sites
  • Train and manage on-site HVAC crews
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HVAC project management or supervision
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and safety protocols
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Valid HVAC certification/license (as per state or local requirements)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
  • Experience with commercial HVAC systems
  • OSHA safety certification
  • Familiarity with project management software
