Responsibilities

  • Instruction & Curriculum: Develop and deliver engaging lessons in English language and literature, using innovative methods and technology to cater to various learning styles.
  • Student Development: Foster critical thinking, literary appreciation, and communication skills; mentor students in research projects and career goals.
  • Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student progress through various methods and provide constructive, individualized feedback to improve learning outcomes.
  • Classroom Environment: Cultivate a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere that encourages student participation and motivation.
  • Collaboration: Work with colleagues, other faculty, and parents to share best practices, enhance instructional strategies, and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Professional Growth: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on new teaching methods, research, and educational trends.
