Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior MDM Developer with significant experience in MDM platforms preferably TIBCO EBX to join our Master Data Management (MDM) team. You will play a key role in developing, configuring, and maintaining MDM solutions that support core business domains like Customer, Product, Supplier, and additional domains added in future. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to key data management initiatives.

You will be responsible for setting the architectural direction of TIBCO EBX implementations, defining data models and governance frameworks, and integrating EBX within a complex enterprise ecosystem. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data architects, developers, and IT leadership.

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with MDM platforms preferably with TIBCO EBX knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of MDM concepts, such as golden record, data quality, and data governance.
• Proficient in Java and/or JavaScript for EBX customizations (e.g., form scripting and business rule implementation).
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, D365, Salesforce
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (ability to write and optimize queries).
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies like JMS or ESB.
• Familiarity with data modelling and schema design.
• Evaluate new features and roadmap of TIBCO EBX and recommend improvements.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Oversee and review technical deliverables, ensuring best practices and architectural alignment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

What you will be doing:

• Design and implement data models in TIBCO EBX (data spaces, datasets, relationships, hierarchies).
• Customize EBX user interfaces and forms using configuration and scripting (e.g., JavaScript).
• Develop and maintain Java-based plug-ins and data validation rules to ensure data consistency.
• Manage and support integrations between EBX and external systems such as SAP, D365, Salesforce (via REST/SOAP APIs etc) to enable seamless data flow via middleware (like Boomi)
• Collaborate with MDM application specialist and MDM process specialist to understand business requirements and implement solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and solution traceability.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues within the EBX platform, ensuring stability and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and business leaders to align MDM strategy with organizational objectives.
• Drive initiatives in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements together with stakeholders cross the division
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and division-wide programs including communication and manage deadlines. And working with operating and influencing effectively across global organizations and within complex contexts.
• Lead the EBX environment setup, including multi-environment configuration (Dev/Test/Prod), security, backups, and performance tuning.
• Provide architectural guidance and mentoring to development teams and consultants.

Nice to Have:

• TIBCO EBX Certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and deploying EBX on AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience in data migration strategies and tools.
