Job Title: React JS Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate React JS Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building modern, performant, and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong fundamentals in React, expertise in performance optimization, and strong debugging capabilities to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in ReactJS with a deep understanding of hooks (useState, useEffect, useMemo, useCallback, useRef, useContext).
  • Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS.
  • Experience with Redux or Context API for state management.
  • Solid grasp of performance optimization techniques such as virtualization (AG Grid, React Virtualized), minimizing re-renders, lazy loading, and code-splitting.
  • Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs securely and efficiently.
  • Understanding of CORS, Content Security Policy (CSP), and mitigation techniques.
  • Experience with Git, Webpack, or Vite build tools.
  • Knowledge of image optimization techniques in web applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,300,000.00 per year
