Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Operations

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand image.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Provide an unparalleled, personalized client experience that reflects the brand's luxury ethos.

Qualifications & Experience
