The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for leading the in-store team and driving the overall success of our store. The ideal candidate is a polished, fashion-forward professional with exceptional conversational and interpersonal skills who can deliver a personalised, elevated client experience. This role combines leadership, business acumen, and a deep appreciation for luxury fashion.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Operations

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand image.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.

Client Experience & Relationship Building

  • Provide an unparalleled, personalized client experience that reflects the brand's luxury ethos.
  • Engage in sophisticated, meaningful conversations with clientele to understand their lifestyle and preferences.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships through genuine connection, follow-up, and superior service.
  • Oversee the development of a strong client book and VIP clientele management.

Brand Representation & Styling Expertise

  • Serve as a brand ambassador with an innate understanding of fashion trends, styling, and luxury aesthetics.
  • Offer expert advice on fit, tailoring, and wardrobe curation, ensuring every client feels confident and inspired.
  • Collaborate with corporate and marketing teams on in-store events, product launches, and VIP experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum
    5+ years of retail management experience
    , preferably in
    luxury or premium fashion

  • Deep understanding of luxury clientele expectations and behavior.
  • Exceptional
    communication and conversational skills

  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
