Selected Member's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • QuickBooks Management: Utilise QuickBooks for transaction entry, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Client Database Management: Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy between QuickBooks and bank statements.
  • Excel Proficiency: Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking key financial metrics.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to billing and payments.
  • Documentation: Ensure all financial records are maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies.
