Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Server Administrator located in Bengaluru. The Server Administrator will be responsible for daily server administration tasks, system administration, troubleshooting, and providing technical support. The role will involve managing operating systems and ensuring the reliability and performance of our server infrastructure.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Active Directory Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Active Directory Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Active Directory environment, supporting identity and access management, ensuring system security, and troubleshooting issues. The role includes tasks such as creating and managing user accounts, groups, and OU structures, implementing group policies, performing regular audits, and ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Server Administration and System Administration
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Azure Administrator or CompTIA Server+ are a plus
  • Skills in Storage Management and Storage Solutions
  • Expertise in Troubleshooting and System Administration
  • Experience with Data Replication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in data center environments is a plus
  • Experience with Active Directory management, user account creation, and group policy implementation
  • Knowledge of identity and access management, and system security practices
  • Skills in troubleshooting, system audits, and compliance with security policies
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
