About the Role
Unacademy's Educator Launchpad Program in Kashmir is back with its biggest hiring drive for full-time Educator positions.

We're looking for passionate teachers eager to make an impact in academic excellence across Kashmir.

As an Educator, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in IIT JEE, NEET UG, or Foundation-level subjects.
  • Design learning experiences that inspire curiosity and conceptual understanding.
  • Collaborate with Unacademy mentors and academic leaders for continuous improvement.

Subjects Open for Recruitment

  • IIT JEE:
    Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
  • NEET UG:
    Biology, Physics, Chemistry
  • Foundation (Classes 8–12):
    Science, Mathematics, General Aptitude

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in the respective subject domain.
  • Strong command over subject fundamentals and communication.
  • Previous teaching or mentoring experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Passion for mentoring and a deep commitment to student success.
