About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
.NET Architect
to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate is a
hands-on technical leader
who can define architectural standards, guide engineering teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across multiple applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, design, and implement
    end-to-end architecture
    for complex enterprise systems using
    .NET 6/7/8
    ,
    C#
    , and
    ASP.NET Core
    .
  • Lead the
    design of microservices
    , distributed systems, and
    API-driven architectures
    .
  • Provide
    technical leadership and mentoring
    to development teams across multiple projects.
  • Ensure adherence to
    architecture principles
    ,
    design patterns
    , and
    best coding practices
    .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and DevOps teams to align business goals with technical strategy.
  • Conduct
    code reviews, performance tuning, and scalability assessments
    .
  • Oversee
    CI/CD pipelines
    ,
    DevOps automation
    , and cloud deployments (Azure or AWS).
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance system performance and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in software development, with
    extensive expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET / C#
    .
  • Strong experience in
    architecting microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems
    .
  • Hands-on with
    SQL Server
    ,
    Entity Framework Core
    , and
    NoSQL databases
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    cloud platforms
    (Azure preferred) — including
    App Services, Service Bus, API Management, Containers, and Functions
    .
  • Proficient in
    design patterns
    ,
    OOP principles
    , and
    Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
    .
  • Familiar with
    Docker
    ,
    Kubernetes
    , and
    CI/CD
    using
    Azure DevOps / Jenkins
    .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Proven experience in
    enterprise application modernization
    and
    migration to cloud-native architectures
    .

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of
    front-end technologies
    (Angular / React).
  • Experience with
    event streaming platforms
    like
    Kafka
    or
    Azure Event Hub
    .
  • Exposure to
    security and compliance
    (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, OWASP).
  • Experience in
    AI/ML or analytics integrations
    is a plus.
