As a UI/UX & Graphic Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for our products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Designing engaging graphics for marketing materials. - Collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. - Continuously improving the user experience based on feedback and usability testing. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Have at least 1 year of experience in UI/UX & Graphic design, preferably in a product or tech-driven environment. - Demonstrate proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar. - Possess basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus. - Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting UI/UX design work on real-world projects. - Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
