Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Delivery

  • Conduct theory and practical sessions on various skin treatments and services.
  • Train students on skin analysis, consultation, and customized skincare recommendations.
  • Demonstrate facial treatments, clean-ups, exfoliation, skin therapies, and advanced skincare procedures.
  • Ensure all training modules are completed as per the academy curriculum.
  • Monitor student performance through assessments, practical evaluations, and feedback sessions.

Technical Expertise

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skin types, skin conditions, treatments, and technologies.
  • Train students on the use of tools, equipment, and products related to skin services.
  • Ensure hygiene and sterilization standards are followed during all practical sessions.
  • Answer student queries and provide guidance on industry best practices.

Student Management

  • Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
  • Motivate students and track their progress regularly.
  • Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
  • Support students in building confidence to deliver client services professionally.

Operational Duties

  • Maintain stock of training materials, products, and tools.
  • Ensure classroom and practical lab readiness before sessions.
  • Coordinate with management for events, workshops, seminars, and demos.
  • Provide reports on class performance and training outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills RequiredEducational Background

  • Diploma/Certification in Skin Care, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field.
  • Professional training certification preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Skin Trainer or Skin Therapist.
  • Experience in facials, skin treatments, and advanced skincare procedures.

Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge of skin anatomy, treatments, and products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle classroom training and practical demonstrations.
  • Professional grooming, punctuality, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage students of different learning levels.
