About the Role

We are looking for five to six experienced Azure AI Foundry Developers to join our team in Bangalore. This is a crucial, on-site role for individuals with 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML development. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the Azure AI Foundry platform and will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance AI applications that deliver significant business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Model Development & Deployment: Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI models using Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Cognitive Services.
  • Prompt Engineering & Integration: Implement advanced prompt engineering techniques and conduct rigorous model evaluation. You will also be responsible for integrating AI models seamlessly with various enterprise applications.
  • Pipeline Optimization: Design and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and cost-effective.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with business stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into practical, production-ready solutions.
  • DevOps & Best Practices: Apply a strong understanding of AI development best practices, including testing and deployment, using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 6–8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a specific focus on Azure AI Foundry.
  • Programming: Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or a similar language.
  • AI/LLM Knowledge: Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt design, and AI integration.
  • DevOps: Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹120, ₹150,000.00 per month
