Working Hours: UK Shift timings -

1 pm to 10 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support for finance reconciliation AutoRek application, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Collaborate with finance and technology teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement reconciliation workflows.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the reconciliation system and processes.
  • Support periodic system maintenance activities including patching, configuration updates, and environment validations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 67 years of experience in finance reconciliation systems such as AutoRek IntelliMatch or TLM.
  • Strong techno-functional skillset with ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in multi-culture working environments; must be available to work from the Pune office 3 days a week.
