Role & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound/inbound calls to promote broadband & IPTV services.
  • Explain plans, offers, and pricing clearly to customers.
  • Handle queries, complaints, and provide resolutions.
  • Follow up on leads & convert them into sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer data & call records.
  • Coordinate with sales/field teams for smooth onboarding.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 13 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support (ISP/Telecom preferred).
  • Excellent communication & convincing skills.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
