Role & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound/inbound calls to promote broadband & IPTV services.
- Explain plans, offers, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Handle queries, complaints, and provide resolutions.
- Follow up on leads & convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer data & call records.
- Coordinate with sales/field teams for smooth onboarding.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 13 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support (ISP/Telecom preferred).
- Excellent communication & convincing skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
