Role & responsibilities

  • Maintenance planning of Preventive, Predictive and Scheduled maintenance
  • Good knowledge about HT/LT Breakers, Motors, Transformers, IMCC , LRS, Switch Yard equipment and about relays.
  • Effective man power utilization and maintaining site as per business requirements
  • Co-ordination with Cross Functional Teams to carry out plant requirements on daily basis
  • Co-ordination with condition monitoring department to check the healthiness of equipments
  • To update equipment maintenance history and check lists on regular basis
  • Should have good knowledge on SAP to update maintenance records as per SAP system
  • Making effective RCA for any kind of breakdown analysis and preparation of action plan
  • Should have good knowledge on MTBF & MTTR and ensuring Equipment Reliability and Availability as per business target
  • Monitoring spares consumption and good knowledge on effective spares maintenance
  • Equipment spares planning and procurement follow-up with Purchase department
  • Co-ordination with Vendors for Materials/services in terms of technical conformity
  • Should have good knowledge on Budget preparation, Estimation and follow-up for Revenue, Capex and Modification jobs
  • Co-ordination with Project dept. to carry out current and upcoming/future Capex Jobs
  • Execution of Project jobs as per schedule
