Full Stack MERN Developer

Location: 100% Remote (India)

Work Hours: Full Time (Paris Time Zone)

Experience: Minimum 1 year (SaaS preferred)

This isn't a regular developer role. You'll be one of the first engineers shaping the future of a fast-scaling SaaS product. You'll work directly with the founders, own core product features, and move fast to ship value to real customers.

What You'll Do

  • Build and scale features using the MERN stack
  • Design and integrate RESTful APIs and external services.
  • Deploy and manage applications on Heroku
  • Use JIRA for sprint planning and collaboration.
  • Own technical decisions that impact performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Embrace the "move fast, break things, and learn" culture.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Solid skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, , and working with databases (Postgres or MongoDB).
  • Understanding of SaaS product development & deployment workflows.
  • Knowledge of Heroku, JIRA, and modern dev tools.
  • Curiosity and hunger to learn > long years of experience.
  • Bias for action → comfortable iterating fast and improving along the way.
