Key Responsibilities

  • Lead visual direction and creative execution for campaigns across digital, print, and integrated media.
  • Conceptualize and develop original designs aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers and junior art directors.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers for cohesive output.
  • Oversee design deliverables ensuring quality, consistency, and timelines.
  • Contribute to client pitches and presentations with innovative design concepts.
  • Stay updated with design trends and digital innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in art direction or creative design (agency/studio background preferred).
  • Strong portfolio with digital and print campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Excellent conceptual thinking, typography, and layout skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
