Digital Marketing Associate

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Associate to help manage our online presence, run digital campaigns, and support overall marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing tools, content creation, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
  • Manage company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Create engaging content, graphics, and short videos using Canva or similar tools
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
  • Perform SEO and keyword research to support website ranking
  • Manage paid campaigns (Facebook Ads / Google Ads) if required
  • Coordinate with internal teams for content, creatives, and promotions
  • Track trends, competitors, and industry updates

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital marketing or related role
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager
  • Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop)
  • Strong communication and creative thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or related platforms (optional but preferred)
  • Understanding of website management (WordPress) is an added advantage
