Role Description

This is a full-time role for a BIM Engineer MEP located in Jaipur, to work on the USA, Europe and Middle East based projects. The BIM Engineer MEP will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models, creating and coordinating construction drawings, and integrating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery. The role requires rigorous attention to detail and an aptitude for innovative problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in BIM Softwares (Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP, BIM 360/ACC)
  • Ability to interpret MEP Drawings & specs
  • Creating LOD models
  • Knowledge of clash detection & resolution with Navisworks
  • Relevant experience in BIM for Mechanical systems (HVAC, Piping &Plumbing Design, Fire Protection System integration)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience of 2+ years

Candidates with prior USA-based project experience shall be given preference.
