Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to manage HR operations and support both employees and management. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and overall HR administration to ensure a smooth and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support payroll processing and leave/attendance management.
  • Employee Engagement & Development
  • Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Grievance Handling & Communication
  • Act as a point of contact between employees and management.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare HR reports (attrition, attendance, recruitment status, etc.).
  • Draft HR policies, notices, and internal communication as required.
