We Softmeets Info Solutions Private Limited )are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development / Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting Automation, IT, web-based services and IT Infra, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through online research, social media, and professional networking platforms.
- Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Present and promote IT services such as web development, mobile apps, other software solutions, IT Infra & ITS
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring follow-ups for closures and conversions.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, online promotions, and brand-building activities.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets set by the management team.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of IT services, software, or web-based products (preferred) or IT infra.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification:
- Preferred: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, MBA, BBA, or any equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in business development are encouraged to apply.
