Role Description

  • Strong expertise in reading SLDs, electrical drawings, ladder logic, and diagnosing issues in motors, switchgears, SCADA, and electronic components.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting servo motors, encoders, drives, and electronic cards with effective corrective actions.
  • Hands-on experience in PLC/HMI programming, backup/transfer, servo drive parameter setting, and control logic implementation.
  • Proven ability to handle breakdowns and maintenance of CNC/conventional machines, EOT cranes, transformers, DG sets, compressors, STP/ETP, HT/LT panels, and substations.
  • Knowledge in energy management—power factor improvement, cost/energy saving initiatives, and corrective measures.
  • Practical know-how of pneumatic, hydraulic, ovens/furnaces systems with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Expertise in cost-effective maintenance, spare management, planning/scheduling of PM activities, and compliance with statutory/legal norms.
  • Experienced in machinery erection, commissioning, project modifications, AMC coordination, and vendor management.
  • Strong leadership in guiding maintenance teams, technical support, problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and record/document management (IMS/MIS).
  • Familiar with TPM, 5S, quality circles, and developing SOPs, policies, and continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications

Applicants from B.E. Electrical/Electronics Engineering, with an experience of 03 to 06 years in Plant & utility.

Also having computer knowledge enough to perform the required task, Having Good Analytical and multitasking skills, Competent in problem-solving, Good in maintenance planning & scheduling, Inventory control, People management Teamwork and motivational skills. A knowledge of SAP would be preferable.
