About the Opportunity

We're a leading healthcare provider in the women's health and maternity care sector, operating state-of-the-art clinics and tertiary hospitals across India. Our multidisciplinary teams deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological services, from routine wellness checks to complex surgical procedures.

We are seeking a full-time Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to join our on-site clinical team and drive best-in-class patient outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient and inpatient care: conduct consultations, diagnostics, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Perform obstetric services: manage prenatal care, labour and delivery (normal and operative), and postnatal follow-up.
  • Conduct gynaecological surgeries: minimally invasive procedures, hysterectomies, and complex laparoscopic operations.
  • Handle high-risk cases: collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for maternal–fetal medicine, NICU referrals, and emergency interventions.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and government regulations.
  • Mentor junior doctors, train nursing staff on best practices, and participate in academic rounds.
Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and/or Diploma in Gynaecology & Obstetrics (DGO).
  • Valid Medical Council registration (MCI/State Medical Council).
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in obstetrics and gynaecology.
  • Proficiency in laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
  • Strong diagnostic skills in prenatal screening, ultrasonography, and gynaecological pathology.
  • Excellent patient communication, counseling, and bedside manner.

Preferred

  • Fellowship or certification in fetal medicine, reproductive endocrinology, or maternal–fetal medicine.
  • Experience managing tertiary-level NICU and high-risk obstetric units.
  • Leadership experience in clinical audits, research projects, or teaching roles.
