Restaurant Captain

We are searching for a talented and experienced Restaurant Captain to join our dynamic team at Ghani Biriyani Restaurant, a thriving multi-cuisine restaurant located in Thanjavur.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Guide Your Team to Service Excellence
• Oversee service & ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead waitstaff, champion quality, & solve problems.
• Be a menu expert & create a seamless operation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a server or captain in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• A strong understanding of exceptional hospitality and service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and staff.
• The ability to lead and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu knowledge.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in a point-of-sale system.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
