Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior, and provide actionable insights.

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies across channels (social media, email marketing, etc.).

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms.

  • Contribute to content development for blogs, websites, newsletters, and paid campaigns.
    • Implement and track the performance of email marketing initiatives and digital campaigns.

  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and prepare reports, with a focus on independent problem-solving.

  • Ensure proactive documentation of the learning process and solutions implemented.

Requirements:

  • Freshers with an academic background or strong interest in digital marketing are encouraged to apply, while candidates with 6 months to 1 year of prior digital marketing experience will be a bonus.

  • Eagerness to learn and strong desire to grow.

  • Independent research and problem-solving skills are a must.

  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, and content marketing is a plus.

  • Strong written communication skills.
