Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Shipping located in Ghaziabad. The Manager - Shipping will oversee all shipping and receiving operations, manage inventory processes, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure compliance with company standards. The role involves coordinating with distribution teams, optimizing logistics, maintaining shipping schedules, and fostering excellent customer relationships. Additionally, the manager will supervise staff, implement safety standards, and ensure timely and accurate record-keeping within the shipping department.
Qualifications
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving operations and Shipping coordination
- Proficiency in Inventory Management, including tracking and optimization
- Strong Customer Service skills for maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction
- Knowledge of Forklift Operation and other material-handling equipment
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with logistics software and processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
