  • Operations support: Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and supporting process implementation.
  • Supply chain and logistics: Help manage the flow of goods, coordinate with suppliers, and assist in logistics and inventory management.
  • Budget and finance: Support the development and management of operational budgets, help control costs, and track financial performance.
  • Process improvement: Identify inefficiencies in processes and assist in creating solutions to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Quality assurance: Support quality control measures, help enforce standards, and assist in monitoring production to ensure products meet quality specifications.
  • Project coordination: Assist with project management tasks, from planning and execution to completion.
  • Data analysis: Collect and analyze data to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Liaise with different departments, such as production, sales, and R&D, to ensure operational goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with an MBA in Operations Management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and financial management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with teams and senior management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
