Description

Overall responsibility for handling O&M of AMI deployment in line to contractual requirement

To lead the O&M team across the state and responsible for O&M performance of the project.

To work in coordination with Solution Architect, State IT Implementation Lead, and NOMC team to identify the O&M requirements to be addressed with respect to system as well as field level.

To ensure timely completion of field visits to address O&M issues such as collection of bill reads, O&M of gateways, non/never comm. meters etc.

To review, update and maintain SOPs for various O&M activities.

To ensure O&M performance of the project is in acceptable limits as per Industry benchmark & Apraava's internal benchmarks.

Maintain customer centric approach, attend Discom project review meetings and handle escalation.

To ensure daily MIS reporting to all stakeholders.

To monitor project issues in real time & ensure resolution.

  • Engineering Graduate

Functional Skills

  • Exposure to Energy Distribution Utilities (AMI / AMR Projects would be added advantage)
