Job Description:

Qualification:  BE in  Electronic
Experience: min 5 to 10 yrs experience in Quality dept from Automotive Electronic components manufacturing company.
Location: Vasai East in Mumbai 

Job Description:

1.Total Quality Assurance in the company. The selected candidate should have total experience of Inward , in-process and outward quality.
2. Preparation and implementation of Quality procedures and documents in the Company including hardware design quality, Software design quality, and Production quality. He should be experienced in developing new forms and formats and procedures for continuous improvement of the Quality system.
3. To develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management Systems of ISO9001, IATF 16949 , ISO Handling of the quality team, Organizing internal audits, maintaining quality records, review of the ISO9001, IATF16949,ISO 14001 standards and handling the Certification audits is a major responsibility.
4. Organising customer audits, submitting corrective actions for quality issues and closing open audit findings of the Customer audit team is also the responsibility Including PSW sign offs
5. Team Building &  training of juniors is the responsibility of the selected candidate.
6. To co-ordinate with the LAB (both External & Internal)to get the new product duly cleared after passing all the test & compliance certification if any.  

Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a Electronics manufacturing company Preferably in Automotive sector
