EXPERIENCE :- Any PUMP Manufacturing Industry will be Preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-

 Production planning, & manpower handling .

 Lead a team of supervisors, and workers to meet production targets

 Optimum utilization of Man , Machine & Materials

 Responsible for Profit & Loss statement of Company

 Implement Lean Manufacturing,

 5S, and Kaizen principles to improve plant productivity.

 Monitor and improve Production Processes

 Maintain / Planned Preventive and breakdown maintenance

 Reporting to MD.

QUALIFICATIONS :-- Diploma /Degree in Electrical / Mechanical/ instrumentation etc

SKILLS DESIRED: - Good Knowledge of REPAIR & MAINT. of CNC ,VMC & HMC Machines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

1. Maintenance of CNC Turing, VMC Machine, & HMC Machines etc.

2. Breakdown Why-why analysis and Root Cause analysis

3. Preventive, predictive Maintenance Planning and execution.

4. Manpower Handling and daily work plan, Critical Spare Parts Management

5. Technical documentation in the form of specifications,

6. Test procedures, modification instructions,

7. Maintenance and safety instructions and reports.

8. To lead optimization of the Preventive Maintenance

9. Reporting to the Plant Head
